No returns or exchanges. All sales are final. On custom orders, 50% of the payment must be paid in a deposit before the order can be started. The remainder of the payment must be paid before shipment. Additional shipping and handling charges will be added to a custom order. In the event of damage during shipping, the product must be returned to Ceramics By Nooshin and an exact replacement will be sent.
